WiFi coverage Why domestic airlines are slow and half beat
As a typical enterprise in the service industry, airlines provide more efficient and high-quality services, which is also an important means to win a place in the market competition. Because people need quality services in all aspects, the quality of service is closely related to the development of the company.
China News Network reported that the Aviation Market Trend Report released yesterday by the Civil Aviation Resource Network showed that 82 airlines worldwide provide on-board WiFi services, an increase of 17% compared with 2017. Among the top 20 airlines in the global airborne coverage of the report (available in the available seats), Eastern Airlines is the only domestic airline to be listed.
At the beginning of this year, the Civil Aviation Administration of China officially put on the use of WiFi. Domestic airlines such as China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Spring Airlines and Xiamen Airlines have announced the opening of WiFi functions on their respective flights, but only a few international flights have been opened so far. According to industry insiders, on-board WiFi is still in the pilot stage.
In the Internet age, Internet users are particularly eager to access the Internet anytime and anywhere, and it is also the appeal of more executives in the mobile office era. However, domestic airlines are limited by some reasons. From the perspective of WiFi service provision, it is still far from the requirements of the market and the requirements of passengers. It can be said that while the choice of domestic travel modes is becoming more and more high-speed, the competition consciousness of airlines still needs to be further strengthened.
It is true that the opening of the WiFi function for domestic flights needs to be instructed by the competent authorities. It is also in the pilot stage. However, from the existing media reports, although domestic airlines have opened WiFi functions on some flights, the speed of the network is slow and the number of places is limited. A service was discounted.
If compared with foreign counterparts, there is a considerable gap in the provision of WiFi services by domestic airlines. According to a report released by a foreign industry authority in February this year, 43% of the world's effective seat mileage (ASM) provides WiFi access, an increase of 10% compared with 2016. At least 86% of US airlines provide WiFi access by ASM. More than half (57%) of all flights with onboard WiFi were rated "good".
Previously, many places have introduced regulations prohibiting electric scooters from entering public roads. However, the ban has not been fully implemented. On the one hand, there is a lack of effective supervision on the production and sales of electric scooters, and on the other hand, users are still doing their own thing. This situation has caused great problems for public safety.
The enforcement of the ban on the management department is not strong, which is an important reason for the violation of the electric scooter. For example, Beijing is fined 10 yuan for those who use electric scooters. Obviously too low a fine amount has contributed to the luck of the offenders, not to mention the fact that in the actual law enforcement process, how many people are punished for the electric scooter on the road is also unknown.
Electric scooters are new things, they are neither motor vehicles nor non-motor vehicles. However, since it has a mobility function, it should be examined more closely by laws and regulations. It satisfies some people's leisure and sports needs, and it is not appropriate to ban sales across the board. However, entertainment should be restrained, and safety is the bottom line. It is impossible for a new industry to kill a bar, or to condone without a bottom line.
